摘要:The thesis deals with new criteria of risk estimation in transportation of cargoes on board heavy lift ships in a seaway. It reviews several practical methods of cargo lashing and securing on board ships. It also reviews types and possibilities of various modern heavy lift ships. In all mathematical models, that have been developed, it was which is secured on board ship by means of elastic lashing system. Cargoes of smaller volume are usually very dense and stiff and solid body dynamics prove to be a reliable method that allows a rational estimation of forces in a lashing system. Motions of the ship are calculated by MARHYDRO strip theory program developed by author. Motions of very heavy cargoes could produce significant forces and moments that will be transmitted back to the deck structure at various places of cargo supports and lashings.
