摘要：The paper presents the simulation model of marine engineers educational system in order to facilitate the development management. The paper has been the result of the preliminary research work "Computer Simulation Model of Croatian Maritime Educational System". The model describes its dynamic and the effects on the environment. This model (with small adaptation) can be applied to other educational systems with similar structures. All the above mentioned emphasizes the necessity to create the higher school maritime educational model together with the entire project.
