At the end, in a nutshell, the present state in the sacramentalization of the deaf is presented and also the possibilities that open in that field. The aim of the work is to point at the need for more intensive work in the catechesis and pastoral of the deaf and the importance of semiotic language when preparing for the sacraments and celebration of sacraments in the community of the deaf. Furthermore, the need for the education of catechists and priests about semiotic language is pointed out. It is desirable that such persons themselves are the members of community of the deaf.
