摘要：In this paper the author brings the overview of the content of three issues of the journal Economic and Ecohistory: Scientific Research Journal for Economic and Environmental History. The paper deals with the presented results of the research involving the relatively new science of historiography which strongly correlates with other areas of research of environmental, economic and social issues. On the other hand, the content of this article attempts to present the basic characteristics of eco-history, regarding its area of interest and research methods, as well as the relation of eco-history toward other areas of social sciences which are interested in problems regarding the interaction between man and nature (environment). Above all, it deals with social ecology and bioethics.
