摘要：The Republic of Croatia in 2004 brought in a new Maritime Code. There are no important novelties regarding public legal provisions: alongside territorial waters, 12 nautical miles wide, there is no contiguous zone and the protected fishing and ecological zone (declared in 2003) only has been renamed as the exclusive economic zone.
