摘要：Croatian Maritime Domain and Seaports Act (2003) consists that maritime domain is a public domain of great importance for the Republic Croatia, it is within particular protection and is used according to specific legal conditions. In this article, author points out all kinds of concession for economic exploitation of maritime domain and for special use of maritime domain (including concessions for port activities).
