摘要：The authors hold that this paper is partial contribution to rare researching of history of legal theory. In this paper they analised not only legal theory textes but from other sciences which are not separated from them, especially legal philosophy, legal sociology and politics. They analyses textes by chronological method to show representation of some problem area in the definite period. According to relationship problem area, all textes can be assemble in folloving groups: textes deal with legal terminology, some theoretical direction, legal prescription, legal relationship and legal methodology. The most representation authors published in "Mjesečnik" are: Ivan Strohal (which was published from 1908 to 1913) and Baltazar Bogišić (1877-1889).
