摘要：The paper presents an example of an executable software application which represents an operative instrument for analyzing and ranking the causes which lead to product failures. The application is based on the Pareto diagram and is capable of ranking the causes which lead to flaws according to the number of occurrences and the cost of repairs. The application is simple to utilize, its implementation is seamless and its effectiveness worth mentioning. It can be efficiently used to increase the quality of products continuously.
