  • 摘要:Disconnectors for maximum current of 12 000А and voltage 150V DC are intended for shunting of series electrolysis cells at discharging, e.g. taking out the cathodes with the electrolytic copper accumulated on them. The development has been assigned to CMC Electrical engineering and MP-Metalplast, as an alternative decision of the disconnectors used in Cumerio Med made by company HUND & WEBER AG – ZKS 12-12kA. The problems which had to be solved gravitated to the type, number, material and optimum power of the movable contacts, structure, kinematics, driving and control of the disconnector. And of course the laboratory and production tests of the main parameters and functional qualities of test samples.
