  • 摘要:In what concerns the industry there are various technologies that can cause pollution through the industrial powder that are emitted in the labor environment and in the surround environment, unless proper technical ways, that regard the industrial powder reduction. From the labor protection field point of view, the industrial powder reduction must assure a labor environment in which the professional illnesses caused by it be eliminated. From the economical point of view, the industrial powder reduction is justified through: proper recovered powder (especially concerning the technologic installation), work performances growth and through assuring an installations security growth. Taking into consideration that the industrial powder reduction involves significant spending, is rationale that the new assets and the technical progress be obtained starting from the reaching the optimal level in this field. The optimal level reaching must be taken into consideration when new solutions are being created and also when the industrial powder separator is being used. Through optimizing a proper powder reduction is wanted to be made with minimum spending in the investition field (including the iron usage), electric energy, filter material, support and so on. In this paperwork a synthetic presentation of the industrial power reduction issue was made (from the technical point of view and also form the economical point) and also the description of the powder reduction equipment following the structure elements and also the issues concerning the optimization possibilities connected to: the compressed air economy, filter dimensioning, filtrate materials, the air currents containing powder assignment within a powder reduction machinery
