摘要：Map is the most important thing in geography education and maps helps to human to understand the life. In daily life, we use the spatial thinking methods and we understand the problems and we can easily find solutions for these problems. In this perspective maps are classifiying in three titles; making a map, map reading and map interpreting. In this study, we evaluate how students use the maps? and we try to understand primary school(7th and 8th) students ideas related to maps. This study focused on the most important points related to usage of the maps through primary education and it focused on the future studies about the maps.
