摘要：La ley de derechos del paciente implica un eslabón en la cadena de productos jurídicos que marcan un cambio de paradigma en el sentido kuhniano. El modelo de la relación entre profesional de la salud y paciente estaba basado en la gran superioridad del médico ante el paciente. Hoy, los pesos de ambos sujetos de la medicina tienden a equilibrarse y a ello contribuye y contribuirá la ley de derechos del paciente. Son útiles en este análisis la teoría trialista del mundo jurídico y el pensamiento complejo de Edgar Morin.
其他摘要：Patient’s Rights Law implies a link in the juridical products chain that marks a change of paradigm in the sense of Kuhn’s. The model of the relationship between the health professional and the patient was based on the great superiority of the physician over the patient. Today, both medicine subjects’ weights tend to balance and the Patient’s Right Law contributes and will contribute to this extent. In this analysis the trialist theory of the juridical world and the complex thought of Edgar Morin have proved to be useful.
