摘要：With a necessity of improvement in biological remediation techniques, enzyme technology has been receiving increased attention. The activity of enzymes in cleaning wastewater process is strongly affected by changes in pH and temperature.Too hight or low temperature or pH will cause the destruction of enzyme activity.
