摘要：E-Learning is a modern way of education using ICT (Information Technology and Comunication) and which is based on the WWW (World Wide Web). E-learning is defined as a network or learning that takes place in a formal context and using multimedia technologies. It is basically a learning system that is supported by hardware and software, either online (synchronous) or offline (asynchronous). Learning is done either individually or based on a small or large and can be used as a hybrid of face-to-face format or only in open and distance education. Therefore, e-learning is not limited to online format but include offline format that uses any form of electronic media to facilitate teaching and learning. In this paper we try presenting some arguments in favor of e-learning as a very effective teaching method.
