摘要:The personnel working in non-uranium mining is a group of rather numerous population exposed to an additional natural irradiation due to their activity(technically amplified irradiation), since the geological environment contains elements belonging to the natural radioactive series. The radioactive level traced for environmental conditions require the necessity of environment and health monitoring in non-uranium mines as well. This monitoring involves assessment by a permanent surveillance both at the level pollution caused by environmental factors and for personnel and population health disturbances, especially of those living next to pollution sources. To this end, environment and health surveillance framework systems were developed, susceptible of being completed, depending on the pollution evolution, regulations regarding environmental authorities’ requirements, as well as on the expertise in the field.
