  • 摘要:Finite elements modelling of the ultrasound power concentrator assembly – cutting tool was made using the ANSYS program. The assembly digitization was made using SOLID 92 as digitization element. Digitization with SOLID92 generates 10941 elements with 17137 nodes. Complying with the physical reality, the ultrasound power concentrator was applied as loading a type of displacement in the input section (big area of heads), resulted from the analysis of the piezoceramic assembly. Also, the mModule (19,70 KHz) proved to be the closest to the resonance frequency of the ultrasound system (20 KHz). Therefore, finite elements modelling method provides a forecast of its behaviour ever since the stage of designing the ultrasound system, both regarding the distortions size (amplitude) and pressure state
