摘要：In the paper the diffusion of a flat type electromagnetic wave in a heterogeneous insulator with minimum conductivity because of the ionizing factor influence is discussed. A possibility of electromagnetic wave induction, under certain conditions is presented. This corroborates Kapitsa’s theory of the globelightning origin as a result of the electrified cloud electromagnetic radiation.
