摘要：Investigation results relative to hygienic treatment of milk in collection area of Slavonija and Baranja are presented. In a total of 73 milk collection places, representing a part of 6 dairies areas with 8 purchase unities, 227 swabs were taken from equipment surfaces i.e. walls of milk cooling basins, stirring devices, plastic or rubber drainpipes for pouring milk in road tanks, milk sieves and spare tanks as well as 72 samples of water used in sanitation procedure. The results show that the sanitation of equipment in milk collection places was not satisfying. Mesophilic bacteria were present in all samples. Coli titre was positive in 67.8 % of swabs. Results of 33.33 % of investigated tap water samples used in sanitation procedures were hygienically incorrect.
