摘要:The aim of the analysis was to confirm a change of milk fat and solids non-fat (SNF) contests in milk between the household and collection point. SNF was lower than 8.5% in milk samples taken in household at five among six collection points. In milk samples taken at collection points SNF was lower than 8% at same five collection points. Milk fat losses on the way from household to collection points varried from 0.14 to 0.74% and SNF losses from 0.12-0.43%. Lowest loss of milk fat (0.14%) and lowest loss of SNF (0.12%) were ascertained at the same collection point.
