摘要:Microbiological analyses of 1242 milk and dairy products samples were made in Rijeka community during the period of 1975-1984. A great number of samples, 25 % from a total number, were hygienically incorrect. The highest percentage was observed during the cheese, consume milk and cream examinations. Alimentary intoxications were registered in two cases most probably as a consequence of hygienically incorrect cheese meals. In order to improve the correct condition of this kind of food, the complete measures should be undertaken in collaboration with greater number of skilled and inspection services.
