摘要：It is considered in this article that Boa Vista is a place of spontaneous and inductive gênesis. The first gênesis is related to a place that came out originally a genetic complexity, defined by different due to determiners, originating the preexisting embryonic nucleus which was the municipal headquarter since 1890. The second genesis concerns about the sprouting of Boa Vista that is a concentrical radial urban project, built in the decade of 40's that raised the city whose brazilian political power was created to this border. Nowadays, the new Boa Vista constitutes by a space that was spread from that project.
