摘要：The discussion on the production of urban space is complex and involves different aspects such as different processes of production of the city and the contradictions emanating from these. These discussions relate to the production and reproduction of social relations in a given time and space and the main agents involved in the ongoing course of capitalist reproduction. In this, the city as merchandise allows to understand many forms of urban land value. Example of production of urban space is Lago Igapó in Londrina-PR, a leisure area whose environment is highly valued from various forms of production, occupation and ownership. Thus, the work analyzes the processes of production and appropriation surroundings Lago Igapó in Londrina - PR.
