摘要：In this research the objective is to analyze the distribution and occurrence of burned in Mato Grosso do Sul and its relationship with the elements of weather and climate through the use of satellite images from NOAA-15. The conceptual bases in Geographical Climatology allow develop methodologies supported in studies of geography, the importance of which establishes the methods and techniques used in the analysis from the dados collected. Thus, using the data and the methodology established for analysis, we used scales corresponding to the monthly and seasonal scales, thus facilitating the understanding of the process of burning the dynamic climate of Mato Grosso do Sul, in that year of 2009
