摘要：This study aimed to analyze the structure of regulation and coordination of the Medical - Dentistry Cluster in the city of Campo Mourão - PR, which stands for the production of products such as autoclaves, filters for hemodialysis, biological indicators etc. This industrial cluster is marked by public-private management where the city along with several entrepreneurs created regulatory incentives for the development of the cluster and also for the development of the municipality, but here its considered that these public-private relations in management system, simply sought to benefit a particular social class, to fulfill their interests and not the general people
