摘要：The work had as its main objective, to present in summary form a discussion about the demographic trends between 1940 and 2010, and the use of the soil in the urban area of the city of Cáceres-MT at different historical moments, as well as to understand how it was his process of ocupation and demographic trends. For this, it was used for methods that would quantify the relevant data on the growth of the population and systematize in polling the expansion of the use and occupation of the land in the studied area. The paths walked made it possible to analyze the results and explain in clear as if it was such processes.
