摘要：Enterprise is the main body of technical innovation, and the main body of the creation, protection, and implementation of intellectual property. The intellectual property protection and management run through the whole process of technical innovation. The problems existing in the intellectual property protection of the innovational results in the enterprise technical innovation are analyzed, and corresponding countermeasures are suggested in this article.
