摘要：In recent years, conflicts over the employment of college graduates are becoming more and more evident. For one hand, many college graduates cannot find appropriate jobs, whilst for another, many units fail to recruit college graduates who are qualified. This paper, on the basis of making deep analysis on the reasons that cause the dislocation of supply and demand, put forwards for universities the corresponding countermeasures.
