摘要：It is a systematic project to evaluation the cooperative development of certain county economy. Based on the meanings of the county economy cooperative development, the maturity of the county economy cooperative development based on the recycle economy is introduced, and the principles to establish the maturity evaluation index system of the county economy cooperative development are proposed, and a reasonable evaluation index system is established in the article.
