摘要：Teams and their constituents are clearly one of the critical success factors in a project. Symbiosis among team members is a must, but it does not necessarily mean that they need to agree on every point. This paper attempts to highlight the constituents of a team, criteria for tem membership, team climate and the role of a project manager in leading teams.
