摘要：In this article, we put forward the Process-Oriented Integrated Management of Construction Project (POIMCP). According to the process-oriented modeling theory, we establish the definition, character, objective and core task of POIMCP, bring forward corresponding management mode and establish a process-oriented integrated management model by means of the method of IDEF0.
