摘要：In this article, we list and compare specific investment and financing modes in the domain of public infrastructure, put forward main factors which influence the mode selection, establish the index system for the mode selection, and finally bring the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation into the specific mode selection under the concept of PPP (Public Private Partnerships) to strive for the quantification of the qualitative analysis.
