摘要：A good DSS tool can support users to make right decisions and assist designers to develop a sound DSS in small businesses.In this paper, WebTrends Log Analyzer 8.0 is the selected software for analysis. It will be divided four parts: overview of the three main functionalities; evaluation of the software product by using biasing and debiasing theories; applying Monash decision support systems development model to examine this product; and finally using Keen’ model to analyze it.
