摘要：THE CONSENT TO MEDICAL INTERVENTIONS TO UNDER-AGED PERSONS: THE CONFLICT BETWEEN UNDER-AGED PATIENTS AND THEIR PARENTS WILLS CAUSED BY RELIGIOUS BELIEFSThis article argues that there is an increasing value of under-aged persons’ will in the medical context. At the same time, parent’s consent decreases, specially when criteria of under-aged persons are based on religious beliefs. It is a difficult situation for authorities that have to decide which consent is dominant. It also can bring about conscious conflicts to doctors and nurses. This article tries to find right legal solutions for these situations.
