摘要：The contributions emphasize that rule of law is not adequately protected in Estonia in context of being an EU member state. Paper reflects the problems related to the Estonian position in implementing European values and laws. The main emphasizes is given to the pre-accession considerations and the analysis of the Amendment Act to the Estonian Constitution. The most essential Supreme Court opinion on the positioning of the EU law in Estonian legal system is discussed to demonstrate the unwillingness of our judiciary to participate in constitutional dialogue between national and supranational level.
