摘要：The article deals with discretions and duties of the seller at the contract of purchase according to the Commercial Code. It goes in for new 2010 INCOTERMS® clauses too, issued on January 1, 2011. a number of speci¬fications was made in the clauses. Four clauses from the group D were removed and two new were added instead. The text reminds that at the end of 90´s there were doubts if the usage of INCOTERMS® is suitable for inland´s usage. After some time it was proved, that these doubts were not right. The clauses can be used, however some of them are suitable only for the sea transport.
