摘要：This article deals with the principal standpoints of the process called here «value quasi-categorization». Its essence is that the value concepts have а peculiar structure that could be aptly described in terms of «semantic matrix», i.e., as mental imprints of previous experiences of evaluating different phenomena in the outer world, society, mind, and speech, as well as in the process of quasi-categorization, having the character of linguistic universals. This structure is embodied in value concepts and their groupings, such as value conceptual spheres and value domains.
