摘要：The objectives of the research are to analysis factor affecting job satisfaction to manager performance in central office of Bank Nagari. The population size amount 72 respondents. The sample size amount 41 respondents. Collecting data through questionnaire with using random sampling. Data analysis technique is used consisted of simple regression. The study shows that there was an influence of job satisfaction to manager performance significantly.
