摘要：In this study, some suggestions and exercises required for teaching the idioms that contain animal names more effectively in foreign language classes are given. During this study no classification or grading was applied. All the suggestions and exercises in this study can be adapted to any level and applied anywhere if neccessary. The aim of the study is to enlighten the teachers who would like to investigate and use the idioms in their lessons.
