摘要：English language teachers all around the world are offered many different in-service training programs throughout their professional lives. These programs are given in varying lengths and quality. The question is whether they are sufficient or not in teacher trainers. perspective. This study looks at how trainers from different parts of the world view the in-service training systems in their countries. One common belief is that they expect more from their government.
