摘要：This article introduces the method of balanced sampling and explains how to apply it to the selection of addresses in the context of the French census. SAS macros which perform the analysis are presented. The exposition is accessible to readers with at least an intermediate statistics level. Prior exposure to sampling ideas is useful but not strictly necessary.?
