摘要：Considero fundamental tratar aquí una perspectiva conceptual, desde mi saber profesional, que nos permitirá comprender mejor el hecho de que para la persona que ha sufrido un desplazamiento forzado por la violencia, uno de los cambios significativos se encuentra en la concepción que tiene de justicia, pues ésta se desdibuja sustancialmente, haciendo desaparecer el orden simbólico de la ley; esto permite presentar como pertinente, para una comprensión más acertada del problema, el abordaje no sólo de la impunidad, sino también de la justicia y sus concepciones, desde la perspectiva histórica y filosófica. Así, pues, aunque hoy se puede en cierto sentido establecer algunos parámetros para "definir" lo que significa la justicia, es de reconocer que este concepto ha variado con el paso del tiempo debido a los diferentes acontecimientos históricos y a la influencia de los grandes pensadores de la humanidad que han impulsado los cambios. A pesar de ello, de lo complicado y comprometedor que puede ser este análisis, en este apartado se trata de hacer un seguimiento al concepto de justicia desde algunos filósofos antiguos, medievales y modernos, cuyos aportes han permitido la reflexión contemporánea.
其他摘要：I consider essential to address a conceptual perspective here, in my professional knowledge, enabling us to better understand the fact that the person who has suffered a forced displacement by violence, one of the significant changes is in the conception of justice which has, because it blurs essentially wiping out the symbolic order of law, that allows the presentation as appropriate, for a more accurate understanding of the problem, addressing not only of impunity but also of justice and conceptions, from the historical perspective and philosophical. So, although today it can be in some sense to establish some parameters for "define" the meaning of justice, is to recognize that this concept has changed over time due to different historical events and the influence of the great thinkers of humanity that have driven the changes. Despite this, the complicated and may be compromising that this analysis, this section is to follow the concept of justice from some ancient philosophers, medieval and modern, whose contributions have enabled contemporary reflection.
