摘要：The aim of the current research was to determine the frequency of the postural disorders of the spinal column among elite male and female swimmers, and to determine the causes and consequences of their occurrence. A sample of 30 male and female swimmers aged 13 to 26 ± 6 months was used to determine the postural status by means of the Spinal Mouse device, and their anthropometric measurements. The results of the measuring have indicated the presence of four postural disorders of the spinal column (flatback syndrome, scoliotc, kyphotic, and lordosis bad posture), where scoliotic bad posture is the most frequent postural disorder and can be found among all of the participants. The correlation between competitive disciplines and certain postural disorders has not been determined
