The First Gender Equality Programme of ENLACE Federation is the result of the commitment that we always had with Justice, Social Equality and Social Transformation, materializing, in this case, in the commitment of Gender Equality, being sure, from our point of view, that social networks are the only protagonists of this task of transformation.

For its implementation, we have carried out a participatory diagnosis that allowed a space for the active involvement of all our staff, the steering committee and other related people.
