摘要：Providing incentives for technological innovation (spurring the generation and utilisation of productive information), entrepreneurship and co-operation, and deterring opportunism are of the utmost importance for economic growth and maximisation of social welfare. This paper offers a legal evaluation of the optimal entrepreneurial incentive mechanisms under current anti-competitive enforcement practices and provides a legal and economic analysis of its economic and business impacts
