摘要：This lecture introduces the structure and writing style of medical and scientific manuscripts. Although the IMRAD structure can be of a vehicle of methods, data, and conclusion of the study, it is unsuitable for expressing scientific thought. The accuracy and readability are no doubt essential for scientific writing, and there have been no objective standards for good writing. Ambiguous expressions like hedges may be misquoted, and inaccurate quotations and references may results in distortion of the information involved.
