摘要：For the treatment of serious hemiplegic patient who lacks spontaneity because of attention-arousal deficits, it is very important to activate their voluntary movement and elevate arousal level at the beginning of each treatment. If the patient can not do any intentional acts, we should keep him in a standing position to be best of our ability, and help him to draw automatic movement. He needs to successive movement to recover his supontaneity. We have to separate a sequence of movement, and guide him correctly to achieve each step without failure.
