摘要:This paper describes how the change in work speed affects workload or the quality of work during a simple, repeated work, stamping activity. Indication for workload were the changing ratios of heart rate (RHR) and the flicker value (CFF), and that for quality of work was percent defective of stamping. The results indicated a certain effect of change in work speed on RHR and percent defctive of stamping, not on the changing ratio of CFF. The work speed at which the minimun RHR was obtained was not always in accord with that at which the minimum percent defective of stamping was shown. Furthermore, both of RHR and the percent defctive of stamping tended to become higher regardless of work speed. These results suggested that each operator might have the different work speed at which his minimun workload was obtained, and that qulity of work may depend on workload.
