摘要：For the purpose of investigating exercise capacity of twenty-eight aged with myocardial infarction who had finished their rehabilitation program, the average QRS axis deviation was examined by their electrocardiogram after Treadmill load exercise Results indicated that; (1) sixteen inpatients showed QRS axis deviation more than 15 degrees, eleven among which indicating right deviation. (2) Continuous change in deviation with the passage of time was observed in those who showed deviation over 15 degrees, the maximum point occurring in the period of the maximum loading. (3) The examination concerning infarction parts, test observation, point of load experiment, heart rate, and systolic pressure showed no meaningful correlation between those who had deviation over 15 degrees and those who below. However, as regards the rate of left ventricular ejection, the former tended to have lower results.
