摘要：This cross sectional study among 200 truck drivers in Surat city reveals that premarital and extramarital sex, often unprotected, is entrenched in their milieu. Furthermore they have multiple sexual partners and therefore this group is at a high risk of contracting and transmitting STIs and HIV and need urgent attention.
