摘要：Research agenda related to social policy and its impact on society has changed a lot recently, and continues to change. These changes are evident as prominent research on this subject of study, not only in academia but in other areas of the institutions and organizations in the state, market and civil society. This paper aims to explore, analyze and elaborate the issue of social policy and its significance for social development. In doing so, inevitably also considers the relationships and social policy implications of the state, strategies for dealing with poverty, the economic globalization process, citizen participation, the metropolis and urban development and its implications for environmental policy. This paper aims to study the policy and social policy related issues to methodological reflection."
